Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced In-House Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting new team members as well as establishing partnerships with subcontractors to support our projects. This role requires strong networking skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, community outreach and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to support project needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the construction or landscaping industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, sourcing methods, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
