Just to give you the inside scoop...here's how the interview process works.
When you application is received, it goes directly the Recruiting Manager who will then review and source your application to appropriate hiring manager.
Once selected to move along in the process, you will be contacted by one of the hiring managers or the recruitment manager to setup interviews and meet the team along the way. After a few interviews, all candidates will be reviewed and a final decision will be made.
Although, we appreciate the time you took to apply and consider Winterberry, we cannot reply to every candidate. But rest assured, your application will be reviewed in a timely manner.
