Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing landscape and irrigation projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional outdoor environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial landscape and irrigation projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor progress.
  • Implement best practices for sustainability, efficiency, and safety throughout project phases.
  • Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing commercial landscape and irrigation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
