Winterberry Gardens is hiring Landscape Laborers to join our maintenance crew servicing residential and commercial properties.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to work full-time hours during the busy season.
Job Duties:
- Assist with mowing, weed whacking, and general landscape maintenance
- Apply mulch and topsoil
- Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools
- Support Foreman with daily tasks and assignments
Requirements:
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week (including weekends when needed)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
What we offer:
- $19–$25/hr depending on experience
