Winterberry Gardens is hiring an experienced Mowing Foreman to lead a crew servicing residential and commercial properties.
This is a full-time role with 40+ hours per week and consistent work throughout the season.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage a crew of 1–2 team members
- Operate commercial mowing equipment (60” riders, 52” walk-behind mowers)
- Ensure high-quality work: mowing, weed control, and cleanups
- Maintain safety standards and efficiency on all job sites
- Drive truck and trailer to and from job sites
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5+ years of landscaping/mowing experience
- Previous crew leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication and reliability
- Spanish speaking is a plus
